EXTRUSION
It is the casting and molding of plastic at a constant flow of pressure and force, to obtain the desired shape of a certain polymer for its final application.
PRINTING
It is the transfusion of the image from the surface by wetting the plate in a cylinder with water and then inking it to pass through another roller that adheres that ink to the material to be printed.
LAMINATION
It consists of the adhesion of a plastic film to the raw material, giving it greater protection against humidity factors and high temperatures. The process is carried out under elevated temperature and pressure, which is applied using heated rollers or punches.
SLITTER PROCESS
Precision sectioning of the material using laser cuts to achieve a superior product in quality and finish.
BAG PROCESS
It consists of gradual separation, cleaning and molding to separate and clean plastic waste to obtain pellets again.
RECYCLING
The material is separated by type and color and these losses are recovered through a double cascade extrusion process, generating pellets from the different materials to be used where specified.
